A Maternal Fetal Medicine specialist since 2001, Sailesh is an expert in prenatal imaging, screening, diagnosis and fetal therapy. Providing compassionate and expert care to women with complex pregnancies, Sailesh always strives to ensure the best outcomes for mothers and their babies. Sailesh heads an active research group at the University of Queensland and has received funding for his research from Australia’s National Health and Medical Research Council and the Medical Research Future Fund.
Married with three active boys and a perpetually hungry cocker spaniel, Sailesh enjoys enjoying the beautiful Queensland weather outside, walking by the river and reading.
